The 2009 International Drug-Free Power lifting Championship, held in Moscow Russia, was a competition that was held as a drug-free international platform to provide fair international competition to power lifters who wish to train and compete without performance-enhancing drugs. I was awarded 1st Place in the Bench Press in the weight Category of up to 100 kg., and I bench pressed 440 lbs. The 2009 Ukrainian Drug-Free Power- lifting Federation (UDFPF) hosted the National power lifting Championship in Obukhiv, Kiev region, Ukraine on October 23, 2009. Organized by the Ukrainian Drug-Free Power-lifting federation and sponsored by the World Drug-Free Power-lifting federation. I presented Russia. The amount of participants was more than 150 people who came from 14 different countries. I won two gold medals for two different age classes. It was judged by 3 judges of international categories and 7 national categories. In 2010, in the Russian city of Kursk, I took part in the International Sports festival "Rhino PRO-4", AWPC . I won 1st Place in the Bench Press with the result of 442.027 lbs (200kg.500g). (Weight category of up to 100 kg and I set a world record. In July of 2010 I competed at the Open RUSSIAN CHAMPIONSHIP GPC/AWPC, KURSK, International Festival and was awarded first place. In September of 2011, I competed in the United States (Idaho) at the World Cup, AWPC and became a world champion in bench press in the open age group and became the undisputed champion in the sub master category. My result was 463 lbs (210 kg). Once again I became the world champion in bench press in the Open age-group. My results were 496,04 lbs (225 kg), in the category, up to 110 kg. In October 2012, the APF/AAPF hosted the SOUTHERN STATES CHAMPIONSHIP in Orlando, Florida.
